About the Founder
Philip spent 20 years in banking and risk technology across Africa and the Middle East.
That environment sparked a growing fascination with how the mind actually drives behaviour. He trained as a Certified Hypnotherapist, founded one of only two IMDHA-approved hypnotherapy training schools in South Africa (Human Change Mastery), and have since developed the Nicotine Reset Method™ — a structured 3-session system designed specifically to help you stop smoking and vaping for good.
